When black ops was released, local multiplayer mode was 2-4players. since an update, you can now play bots offline so that means 1 player. also offline, you can play 2 player split screen with normal zombies or 4 player deap ops arcade.. But xbox and ps3 users still get the local mode, even though that alot of xbox users have a pirated version of black ops 2 on there xbox. take it away from xbox and ps3 if it isnt on pc. it isnt fair. #5. blek blackops 1 had multiplayer offline! if you werent connected to the internet you can play "multiplayer" offline (local) with bots.
